Yesterday, my dad did laundry for the first time in my adult life. Possibly EVER. And, why? Because amidst the chaos of my sister’s wedding, his lucky socks didn’t get washed last week. He realized Sunday morning that he’d need them before the Colts game, and my mom refused to indulge his, um, obsession. So, he learned to do laundry—now, that’s serious dedication to the 12th man position.
But, it worked—so I guess I’m off to find socks for the entire family!
